Yes! Every booking begins with a complimentary Meet & Greet. It's an opportunity for us to get to know you and your companions, learn their routine, discuss any medical or behavioural requirements and answer any questions you may have before your booking begins.
Simply get in touch via our enquiry form, email, phone or WhatsApp. We'll have a chat about your requirements and, if we're the right fit, arrange your complimentary Meet & Greet.
The earlier the better! As a small business, our diary can fill quickly, particularly during school holidays and peak travel periods. We always recommend getting in touch as soon as you know your dates.
Our current pricing can be found on our Pricing page, and we're always happy to provide a personalised quotation following your complimentary Meet & Greet.
We care for a wide variety of companion animals, including dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, birds, aquatics and equines.
If you don't see your companion listed, please get in touch. If it's within our experience, insurance and, most importantly, in your animal's best interests, we'll always do our best to help.
In most cases, yes.
We're happy to work with owners to understand their companion's individual requirements and create a care plan tailored to their needs. Please let us know as much as possible during your Meet & Greet so we can ensure we're the right fit.
Every visit is tailored to your companions and their routine but may include:
Feeding & fresh water
Medication administration
Exercise & enrichment
Cleaning enclosures, litter trays and living spaces
Health & welfare checks
Photo & video updates
Plenty of love and attention
And much more, depending on your companions' individual needs.
No. While we're happy to provide routine equine care such as feeding, turnout, rug changes, grooming, mucking out and wellness checks, we don't exercise horses or ponies.
We do offer overnight care, subject to availability. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements and we'll be happy to let you know whether we can help.

Yes. We're fully insured for all of the services we provide.
We do not provide services for animals classified as Dangerous Wild Animals by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, and we adhere to all relevant legislation regarding restricted breeds.
Your home's security is extremely important to us.
We'll follow any instructions you provide regarding keys, alarms and access, and we'll always ensure your property is left secure when we leave. Keys are stored securely and never with identifying address information.
Yes, we are fully insured to carry out all services we offer.
