We provide care and sitter services for a wide variety of pets, including dogs, cats, small furries, reptiles, birds, exotics, aquatics, herps and invertebrates. If they're a part of your family, we’re here to care for them!
At CHOC, we believe that getting to know your pets and understanding their unique needs is essential, which is why we offer a free in-person consultation. We come directly to you, meet your pets in their own environment, and take the time to discuss their routines, any special requirements, and your expectations. If everyone is happy to move forward, we’ll provide a personalised quote and walk you through some simple paperwork to ensure everything is in place. It’s all about making sure you and your pets feel comfortable and confident in our care.
We come directly to your home to care for your pets based on the care plan discussed and agreed upon during the booking consultation. Whether you need daily visits or care while you’re away on holiday, we follow your pet's routine to make sure they stay happy, healthy, and comfortable in their familiar environment.
At CHOC, we treat your pets like our own. From furry friends to scaly exotics, we have the expertise to handle a wide variety of species and their unique needs. Plus, our personalised care means your pets receive one-on-one attention in the comfort of their own home.

Absolutely! We have experience with rescue animals and those with medical or behavioral quirks. Let us know about your pet’s specific needs, and we’ll work with you to create a tailored care plan.
Unfortunately, this service is outside the remit of what we can provide as we are not insured to exercise equines.
Our services range from feeding and playtime and for dogs and cats, to dog walking to cleaning enclosures, monitoring tank conditions, and feeding live insects for reptiles and exotics. If you're unsure, just pop us a message to set up a consultation and we can talk through your requirements and how we can help meet them.
Visit the "Contact Us" section of the website for our contact details. You can drop us a message or give us a call (sometimes you'll have to leave a voicemail but we will get back to you!) and we'll set up an initial consultation to meet you and your pets, learn about their needs and create a plan that works for everyone.
Unfortunately due to our own pets requirements we are usually unavailable for overnight stays but do have occassional availability.
For certain species we can offer extended care with regular visits. This is suitable for many reptiles, small furries and aquatics. It is generally unsuitable for cats or dogs.
We recommend giving us a call or dropping us a line to discuss your requirement in more detail.
